How an attempt came out.
Variants§

unless permanent, or the retry policy or its batch’s deadline has
run out, which the failure handler is then told of.
Fields
§
permanent: boolWhether the answer will not change, by
DelivererConfig::permanent.
Held
It was not sent, because the circuit breaker for its destination is open. It is tried again as a failure is.
