What a batch of deliveries shares: a tag to find them by, when to give up on the ones that have not gone through, and what they are sent in order with.
Fields§
§tag: Option<String>Kept with each delivery, as tag in its payload, for the application
to follow the batch by.
deadline: Option<SystemTime>A delivery that has not gone through by then is given up on, reported
to the failure handler with DeliveryFailure::deadline set. One that
would next be tried after it is given up on at once.
ordering_key: Option<String>Deliveries sent with the same key reach each inbox in the order they
were queued: one waits until those before it to that inbox have gone
through or been given up on. The key is typically the object an
activity is about, so that its Delete cannot overtake its Create
while the Create is being retried. Inboxes do not wait on each other.
max_attempts: Option<u32>How many times each delivery is tried at most, when fewer than the retry policy allows: its backoff stays the policy’s.
low_priority: boolSent in DelivererConfig::low_priority’s lane, when there is one.
synchronize_collection: boolSent with a Collection-Synchronization header (FEP-8fcf), as
Deliverer::collection_synchronization writes it for the sender
and the inbox when the delivery is made.
